Welcome to Stargazing Holidays!
Welcome to Stargazing Holidays – a unique collection of dark sky holiday cottages, hotels, camp sites and guesthouses in and around the Dark Sky Parks, Reserves, Communities and Discovery Sites of the UK and Ireland.
The stargazing accommodation includes holiday cottages in the Northumberland Dark Sky Park, bed and breakfasts in the Galloway dark Sky Park, camp sites in the Brecon Beacons Dark Sky Reserve and star gazing guest houses in the Lakes District. Not forgetting stargazing accommodation in Devon, Dorset and Cornwall.
Some are five star, some are not. Some will provide telescopes and tuition, others will not. And there is no guarantee that you will always see the ‘northern lights’.
The only hard and fast rule is that they are all located within a short drive of a Dark Sky Park, Reserve, Community or Discovery Site recognized by the International Dark-Sky Association or the UK Dark Sky Discovery partnership.
And you can rest assured that you will also pay the best possible rate for your accommodation. You book direct with the owner and pay no booking fees or commission on this website.
